ACOFI / CHETWODE PROJECT

On October 31, the Predirec ABL-2 fund team of Acofi Gestion completed a financing transaction provided by Chetwode for the benefit of Groupe SEEB for € 2.3 million.
The implementation of this operation will enable the Group to finance future investments to support the evolution of the markets that require significant industrial and human investments.
Benefiting from simplified legal scheme and processes, it took less than 6 months to implement this project.

CREATION OF OUR MACHINING SCHOOL PROGRAMM

Facing difficulties regarding recruitment of machining technicians, we decided to train our future collaborators in hous by creating our machining school.
This program, in partnership with Pole Emploi, AFPI Loire and Manpower will allow any man or woman to obtain a certification in a technical industrial environment
10 positions of operators are available after a paid training period of 14 months, alternating theoretical and practical training on our site SEEB INDUSTRIE.
