June 1985: George AUBONNET and myself registered the AUBONNET S.A. company with a capital of 250 000 French francs (about US$42,000). At that time, the small business of George Aubonnet from which the newly founded company stemmed employed eight people and carried out a turnover of 2 200 000 French francs (about US$375,000).1994: Input of SEEB in the capital of AUBONNET S.A. to a total value of 35%.
1999: Within just a few years, thanks to the continued support and confidence of its customers, AUBONNET S.A. became a mechanical engineering industrial subcontractor company to the capital of 1 000 000 French francs (about US$175,000), carrying out a turnover of more than 12 500 000 French francs (about US$2,100,000) and employing 27 people.
Such a progression is the result of the determination with which Aubonnet S.A. remained faithful to its commitment to quality.
In the sector of industrial mechanics, the Aubonnet company developed its competences and specialized in the machining of small to medium sized parts and in the assembly of complete custom made machines.
Today, its partnership with a reputable industrial group such as the SEEB Group reinforces the credibility of Aubonnet S.A. and contributes to make it a technological leader in its field. However, Aubonnet S.A, retains the structure of a separate entity and the flexibility inherent to a company on human scale. That allows for a better communication with customers and a more consistent and effective long term collaboration with clients from very diverse sectors of the industry.
